At Hi-Voltage Records, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel and accessories; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided by our portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
